according to wiki answers, anywhere between 10°C and 13°C is cool, so i guess the answer would be 9°C and lower

Ok so I’ll fill people in a bit. Not because you’re interested, but because I like to write stuff down here. Things are always a muddle in your head and they become clearer when you write them down.
I went to the doctors again yesterday to explain the problems that I was having, that my flare ups were affecting my ability to work and it was hard enough just to leave the house to get groceries. I’d never had this doctor before but she seemed really nice and interested, asking lots of questions and poking me in different place (ooh er). She also asked specific questions, things like ‘do you get pains in your wrists and arms’ which were true, but I thought were unrelated.
And then she said the surprising ‘I can see why they thought it was costochondritis…’
Which is weird seeing as I have gone 2 years believing that I had costo, and now it turns out that I could have been misdiagnosed. I’m now being treated for inflammation in the blood and tested for arthritis.
That’s right, I am possibly an old lady. A 22 year old granny.
In a way it’s good news because if I’m diagnosed with something else then at least it could be treatable, unlike costo. Maybe this will be a step forward, maybe a step back, I dunno. Keeping an open mind for the next couple of weeks whilst I have my test and get my results. Sadly I’m finding it hard to think that this isn’t going to be a problem. I’ve just deteriorated over the past couple of years to the point where I can’t even get to work some days. I’m trying to keep my chin up but it’s getting harder.
